Preparation instruction: When adding to quick breads, use approximately 1 1/4 tsp. to 2 tsp. per cup of flour and 1 to 2 tsp. per cup of flour for cakes. Use 1/2 tsp. to 1 tsp. per 9 X 13 pan or per 4 dozen cookies. Mix with flour for more uniform dispersion throughout baked products.
