Simply pop these prepared pastries into the oven for fresh, flaky pastry in a snap! Bake - Ready to bake! Can be served with a continental breakfast or a dessert. Storage Temperature: Keep Frozen at 0°F or below. Case Pack: 36 count (5 oz. each).
1. Remove the desired number of Elephant Ears from the freezer.
2. Paper line the sheet pan and arrange Elephant Ears in a 2 x 3 configuration - It€™s recommended to bake frozen, do not thaw.
Bake in a RACK OVEN at 340 - 350º F for 20-25 minutes or until done; or Bake in a CONVECTION OVEN at 325 - 340º F for 20-25 minutes or until done. Cool completely before finishing and/or packaging.
