The Blasers Habanero Ghost Pepper Cheese is flavored natural cheese made from fine ingredients. The cheese loaf is rich in flavor and great to use on hot dogs, burgers, chilies, or mac ‘n’ cheese. The bulk pack of the Blasers Habanero Ghost Pepper Cheese is ideal for food trucks, diners, and delis.

Our Monterey Jack Cheese is made in accordance with 21 CFR133.153. This is a semi-soft cheese with a smooth open texture. The addition of Habanero Peppers and Ghost Chiles adds a strong, hot chile flavor to the delicate, buttery, slightly tart taste of our Monterey Jack. Exercise caution when consuming.
