The Bridgford Foods White Preformed Ready-Dough Sheet is a ready-to-bake yeast dough sheet that is perfect for turnovers, pizzas, rolls, and breadsticks. With a thickness of 0.375 inch, it can be cut and shaped as desired. This all-purpose dough sheet eliminates the hassle of scratch preparations. The Bridgford Foods bulk pre-formed dough sheet is ideal for food trucks, convenience stores, and snack bars.

Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough is a pre-formed, all-purpose yeast dough sheet. Each 36 oz sheet is 11.25" x 16" and 0.375" thick. These dough sheets thaw quickly, and are ready to be shaped and cut into many fresh baked, high profit items.
 
Preparation instruction: Remove the desired number of sheets of dough from freezer. Separate each sheet. Place one frozen sheet dough on a lightly greased half sheet pan. Let thaw 15-20 minutes. Use sheet dough to make Pizza, Stromboli, Cinnamon Rolls, or your favorite recipe. Baking time and temperature vary according to recipe. After proofing until double in size, bake in a preheated 325 convection (375 conventional) oven for 15 minutes (longer for some recipes).
