This all-natural one-third pound Wagyu burger will have your mouth watering the moment it hits the grill, but be careful The flavorful juice in these burgers can cause some flair ups and lead to charring the outside of the burger. For best results sear each side for two minutes with direct heat then move to a top rack and close the hood. Keep it simple and special your first time, with a pinch of salt, fresh tomatoes, grilled onions, lettuce, a dash of ketchup and mayonnaise all on a nice sesame seed bun.
