Preparation instruction: Pour 3 quarts of whole milk into a 12 or 20 qt. mixing bowl. Add contents of package. Mix with wire attachment on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl. Whip on medium speed 2-3 additional minutes. Pour cheesecake into 4 prepared crusts and chill.
