Prepare soft-serves in minutes with the Chefs Companion Vanilla Non-Dairy Soft Serve. This easy-to-prepare, vanilla-flavored soft-serve mix makes consistently creamy soft serves in no time. The non-dairy mix is also gluten-free, making it a healthier alternative to traditional dairy soft-serves. Best suited for fast food chains, diners, and food trucks.
Preparation instruction: Mix product according to mixing instructions on label. Add 2 gallon of water to a 6 lb. bag of mix. Stir with wire whisk until fully hydrated, 2-3 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes and restir. Freeze in soft serve machine and draw product at 20 - 22 F.
