These tasty mini gourmet quiches are ideal for serving at parties. Available in a bulk case of 100, the Cuisine Innovations Assorted Quiche is suitable for cafes, diners, and cafeterias.

Treat guests to this tasty assortment of mini gourmet quiches. In this mix of four flavors, quiche Lorraine, quiche Florentine, garden vegetable and Monterey Jack, these mini treats are sure to please every palette at your party.

Preparation type: BAKE

Preparation instructions: For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F as measured by a food thermometer. Microwave: Not RecommendedToaster:Preheat to 375F. Remove product from tray and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper; Bake for 12-14 minutes. Conventional: Pre-heat oven to 375F. Remove product from tray and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Convection: Pre-heat oven to 375F.
