Have yourself a picnic with Gilbert and Bernards house favorite pâté. Its like a traditional pâté de campagne thats freshened up with port wine, orange zest, thyme, and rosemary. This coarse pork pâté has a nice balance and sweetness from the port wine and citrus. It pairs well with crackers, pickles, and whole grain mustard.
