Preparation instruction: To prepare Golden Dipt Complete Beer Batter Mix, put 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 cups cool water in a bowl first, then add 1 lb. dry mix. Mix with a wire whip until batter is smooth and no lumps are visible. Dust food with dry Beer Batter mix. Pre-dusting allows for more uniform batter coverage and prevents batter blow off during frying. Dip pre-dusted food into prepared batter. Remove and drain slightly. Fry in preheated oil. Fry time will vary depending on type and size of foods fried.
