This coating resists oil absorption for a crunchy result. These all-purpose crumbs are ideal for coating everything from vegetables to poultry, fish and more.
 
Preparation instruction: 1. Dip desired foods into an egg/milk prewash or a prepared product like Golden Dipt Pre Dip 2. Drain excess liquid off all foods before applying panko 3. Coat food with panko and press down 4. Fry in preheated 350 degree oil until fully cooked. Fry times will vary depending on food being cooked.
