The Holten Meats Beef Steak Fingers can be deep-fried to make a delicious appetizer, snack, or side meal option. Flavored with pepper, these delicious beef fingers are coated with flour breading for crunchy bites. This bulk pack of Holten Meats beef fingers will make a great buy for diners, bistros, and food trucks.

Ingredients are Beef, wheat flour, water, crushed cracker (wheat flour, soybean oil, salt, leavening [sodium bicarbonate, yeast], dextrose, malt syrup (malted barley, corn), salt, sweet dairy whey, flavoring, hydrolyzed yeast, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, sodium thiophosphate (Contains Wheat, Soy, Dairy)

Preparation and Cooking:

Fry - Always cook from a frozen state for best results and to reduce cross contamination. Deep fry at 350 F until fritter floats to surface. Always cook ground meat products to an internal temperature of 160 F.
