This loaf is made with our original Mother Sourdough that lives in our bakery since 1994 and is famous for its natural tangy flavor, porous crumb and caramelized crust. Our traditional baking methods and extended natural fermentation for up to 72 hours to help absorb more nutrients and promote good gut health. We believe that baking great bread takes time and care so that every loaf can be healthy and delicious.
