Preparation instruction: These usually baked or fried but can be grilled if split or cut in half first. To fry, bread/batter from thawed and cook in 350 degree oil for 4-5 minutes, or until meat floats and batter is golden brown. To grill cook on medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes per side. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes for convection and 30 minutes for conventional. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes for convection and 30 minutes for conventional.
