WHOLE BONELESS QUAIL FOR STUFFING OR GRILLING BODY CAVITY VOID OF BONES
Preparation instruction: These birds are great on the grill, but because of the intact body cavity the traditional favorite serving method is stuffing and baking. Cook on medium to high heat grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes for convection and 30 minutes for conventional.
