This mushroom base has the rich and well-rounded flavor of sauteed mushrooms, enhancing the taste of a variety of dishes. With 6 tubs of the Nestle Minor's base, the bulk pack will be an ideal option for catering services, restaurants, and convenience stores.
A premium concentrated paste made from fresh mushrooms. The mushrooms are sauteed for a full, well rounded flavor.
Preparation instruction: To enhance scratch stocks for soups, sauces and gravies, add Mushroom Base to reach desired flavor. To make an instant, fully-seasoned stock or broth, just add Base to boiling water and stir. 3/4 tsp base yields 1 cup, 1 tbsp base yields 1 quart, 1 lb base (1 container) yields 5 gallons.
