Pakoras are Indian fritters that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are made with a delicious mix of vegetables and spices. Preparation instruction: Frying (Preferred): For best results always use clean oil. Dirty oil will make the Pakoras dark. The finished product should look golden brown in color. Do not thaw Pakoras. Flash fry 30-40 Pakoras at 325°F for 1 minute. Place fried Pakoras on a greased baking sheet. Finish off in the oven. Try one Pakora to make sure they are heated thoroughly. Pakoras should not be over cooked as they get dark. Oven Heating: Preheat oven at 350°F. Place frozen Pakoras on a greased baking sheet. Heat in the oven for 8-10 minutes until heated thoroughly.
