Olinda California Queen Olives are pimento stuffed Sicilian olives that are the classic martini olive, only better. The color, the crunch, and the taste separate this martini olive from the others. Naturally cured, and then stuffed with real sweet red pimento. Jumbo olives are 110/120 count. Our flagship California Sevillano variety olive is all natural, and is cured and fermented in brine. No lye is ever used in any of our products. Our process requires that raw olives remain in the brine tank for at least ten months. All olives from Olinda carry the kosher certification.
