Taco Beef Filling, Black Beans Cheese and Salsa In a Cylinder Shaped Wrap Original Taco Logs are cylinder shaped and filled with Taco meat, blend of shredded Colby Jack and Cheddar cheese, black beans and salsa. Taco Logs are gourmet quality and can be deep fried or baked in the oven. Fry - Original Taco Logs can be baked in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 16 minutes. turning once. They can also be deep fried at 350 degrees for 5 minutes
