The Ralcorp Cottage Bakery Whole Grain Ciabatta Bread is a ready-to-eat square-shaped bread. Made with whole-grain wheat flour, this bread has a blend of 12 different nutritious grains and seeds. Pre-prepared for convenience, this ciabatta bread will help in quick kitchen-to-table service. An ideal buy for bistros, cafes, and diners, the bulk case contains 78 packs of Ralcorp ciabatta bread.

Whole wheat flour combines with 12 different grains and seeds to make this a great choice for your favorite sandwich fixings.

Preparation instruction: Step One: Preheat oven to 350*F. (Convection Oven Bake at 325*F). Step Two: Remove bread from case and place on screens or paper-lined pans. Place pan on baking rack. Step Three: Place rack into oven and bake at 350*F for 4-8 minutes Step Four: Rest 15-20 minutes before serving to assure center is thawed.
