CHEESE TORTELLINI
Preparation instruction: DO NOT DEFROST. If tortellini are stuck together please do not try and separate. They will usually separate while cooking. For best results use stove-top instructions. For food safety follow these cooking instructions: STOVE TOP 1. Boil 4 quarts of water (optional: add 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking). 2. Place tortellini in boiling water. 3. Simmer 2-3 minutes stirring halfway. 4. Cook until desired tenderness. 5. Drain and serve. MICROWAVE: Place 1 cup tortellini in a microwaveable dish. Mix 1/4 cup water with 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce. Add sauce to tortellini mix and cover.. Heat on high power (100%) for 4-6 minutes stirring halfway. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully because steam is hot. (Note: microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
