Raw Southern California Orange Blossom Honey is one of our most versatile, as it can be used with just about anything. We love it added to tea, shaken up with some tequila for a delicious margarita, drizzled over yogurt, spread on a peanut butter sandwich... you get the idea! Orange Blossom is light in color and tends to be a little sweeter than our darker honeys, so you can use less to achieve the perfect sweetness. Taste the hint of citrus in this exceptional honey. Orange Blossom honey is one of our favorites to use as a sugar substitute. Raw honey never goes bad, however it will naturally harden and crystallize over time. This is a natural process that can easily be reversed to its liquid state. Simply warm a pot of water on the stove or in the microwave. Remove the bowl and place your honey bear or jar in the warmed water until the crystals dissolve. Raw honey is not recommended for pregnant women or infants under one year of age.
