Real olive brine. Also called Olive Juice Just add a splash to your martini to create a Dirty Martini. Dirty Martini Mix is the brine used to cure our Martini Pimento Stuffed Olives. Instead of depleting your olives of brine we have bottled the brine. As the all natural brine used to preserve our olives the Dirty Martini Mix has a long lifetime.
