Simurgh Bakery’s chocolate baklava is made with fresh filo dough with a chocolatey twist. The chocolate filo dough is stretched out to paper-thin layers, about 0.05mm, where 40 layers are used. We cut the layers into large triangle pieces to create variety in shape. Simurgh Bakery’s Chocolate Baklava is sweetened with light syrup and generously filled with the finest pistachios imported from Gaziantep, Turkey. Each bite is crisp, melt-in-your-mouth, nutty, chocolatey, and sweet. It can be eaten as a snack with tea or coffee or dessert.
