Simurgh Bakery's Pistachio Baklava Roll is made with fresh filo dough. The dough is stretched out to paper-thin layers, about 0.05mm, where 40 layers are used. Instead of being cut into square pieces, we roll the layers to create variety in shape. Simurgh Baklava Roll is sweetened with a light syrup and generously filled with the finest pistachios imported from Gaziantep, Turkey. Each bite is crisp, melt-in-your-mouth, nutty, and sweet. It can be eaten as a snack with tea or coffee or dessert.
