Place Kale In A Single Layer On A Baking Sheet. Bake At 300°F Until Crisp To The Touch (About 15 To 20 Minutes). For A Quick Lunch, Pair Kale With Stahlbush Brown Rice and Black Beans. Microwave On High For Two To Three Minutes. Add Cheddar Cheese And Top With Salsa Or Salad Dressing. Use As An Ingredient In Tacos, Soups, Stir-Fry Or Pasta.
