The Taste Traditions Wisconsin Cheddar Soup is made using diced celery, sweet white onions, green bell peppers, and bacon bits in a blend of cheddar and American cheeses. Ready to use and easy to prepare, this cheddar soup can be cooked within minutes, saving on prep time and labor. Cheddar and American cheeses simmered with celery, onions, bell peppers and bacon bits and just a hint smoke flavoring.
 
Preparation instruction: Place unopened bag of product in a large pot of boiling water. Lower heat and simmer until product reaches internal temperature of 165ºF. Approximately 40 - 50 minutes from frozen or 20 - 25 minutes from thawed state. Internal temperature can be checked by removing bag from water and folding it, unopened, around a stemmed thermometer. Transfer to a serving container and hold at 150ºF - 160ºF until served.
