Arbequina is one of the oldest varieties of olive, and the first variety of trees we planted in the roots of Texas. The Arbequina olive has a profile perfected over thousands of years & miles. A subtle zest creates a flavorful frame for any meal, accentuating the other ingredients and offering a well-blended terrain of taste. Our Reserve oils are monocultivar and entirely cultivated from Texas soil.
