These burgers are individually quick frozen to lock in freshness and flavor. Pre-prepared for convenience, it saves valuable prep time and effort. The bulk pack of The Pub beef burger is ideal for cafes, bistros, and restaurants.

Fully cooked, thick, beef steak burger. Juicy, loose bite with mild beef taste. Round shape with charmarks.

Preparation type: GRILL

Preparation instructions: Flat grill: preheat flat grill (350 degrees f), heat frozen product for8 minutes and thawed product for 4 1/2 minutes, turning frequently to avoid excessive browning. Conventional oven: preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Heat frozen product for10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees f. Convection oven: preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Heatfrozen product for 6-13minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees f. Microwave: heat frozen product on high power for 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees f. Longer cooking times are required for thicker patties.
