The Vigo Marinated Mushrooms are seasoned in a zesty marinade of vinegar, olive oil, Italian spices, and garlic. They make for a great addition to salads, antipasto trays, and more. Available in a bulk case of 12 jars, the Vigo mushrooms would be a great buy for food trucks, restaurants, and commercial kitchens.

We start with petite, yet flavorful button mushrooms and season them in a zesty marinade of olive oil, vinegar, garlic and Italian spices. Firm and delicious, they can be added to a tossed salad, served alongside of grilled meats or added to an antipasto tray of sliced meats (prosciutto, salami, mortadella), Italian cheeses, pepperoncini, olives, roasted peppers and crunchy breadsticks
