Thaw at 32-40°F (0-4°C) for 24 hours prior to use. When thawed mix product in a separate clean and sanitized container with potable water. Do not add water directly to package. Do not refreeze after thawing. Reconstitute: 1 part concentrate to 4 parts water. Reconstituted Brix: 8.50
